NEW HERO JHIN

Jhin is a strange sniper.

He has a gun and his lucky number is 4 (passive).He is a robot who wears a mask and his abilities help is him to kill (with abilities q/w and passive and the last shoot  his ulty)  but to escape you will need to know how uses different abilities, abilities to escape is his passive and E (which slows enemys and make little damage) .He is played like Lucian and Kathleen  (but the abilities are much more strange, but his e and r is like w and ulty from Kathleen and his e from teemo too.And his w is from Jinx's w.) and he is looked like a strange high old guy with a big gun, and maybe is the grandfather of Kathleen and he speaks like gay,is he?He costs 6300ip and 975rp.
